Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Intereuropa d.d., of Vojkovo nabrežje 32, Koper, hereby publishes the following announcement:
We hereby notify all interested parties that on 20 November 2019, pursuant to Article 25 of the Takeovers Act, we sent a letter to the Securities Market Agency describing our cooperation with the acquiring entity. The letter is enclosed to this notification.
This announcement will be published on Intereuropa’s website www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of five years from the date of publication.
