Notification regarding the publication of takeover bid

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Intereuropa d. d., of Vojkovo nabrežje 32, Koper, hereby publishes the following announcement:

Intereuropa, d. d. hereby notifies the general public that Pošta Slovenije, d. o. o.’s takeover bid for the purchase of the remaining shares of Intereuropa, d. d. was published in the daily newspaper Delo on 9 December 2019.

This announcement will be published on the website of Intereuropa, d. d. at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
