SUBJECT: Notification pursuant to Article 25 of the Takeovers Act

On 20 November 2019, we sent notification to the Securities Market Agency (SMA) pursuant to Article 25 of the Takeovers Act.

This is to further inform you that Intereuropa, d. d. and Pošta Slovenije, d. o. o. are continuing with integration activities following the completion of the takeover transaction and other projects to achieve synergistic effects. To that end, the two companies concluded an agreement on the protection of confidential data in cooperation following the completion of that transaction. To date, organisational and technical meetings have been held in connection with the implementation of the aforementioned projects. On 3 December 2019, project teams will begin exchanging information and discussing substantive issues.
