Notification pursuant to Article 25 of the Takeovers Act
Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Intereuropa, d. d., of Vojkovo nabrežje 32, Koper, hereby publishes the following announcement:
We hereby notify the general public that, pursuant to Article 25 of the Takeovers Act, we sent a letter to the Securities Market Agency (SMA) on 5 December 2019 describing continuing integration activities with the acquiring entity following the completion of the takeover transaction. That letter is enclosed to this notification.
This announcement will be published on the website of Intereuropa, d. d. at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
