Successful operations of the Intereuropa Group in the period January–September 2022

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d. hereby publishes the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of Intereuropa, d. d. discussed the Unaudited business report of the Intereuropa Group and Intereuropa, d. d. for the period January–September 2022 at its session on 17 November 2022.

The Intereuropa Group generated sales revenue of EUR 149.7 million in the period January–September 2022, which was an increase of 16% relative to the same period last year and 14% higher than planned. All business lines exceeded the sales revenue generated in the same period last year, as well as planned sales revenue. 

The Intereuropa Group generated a cash flow from operating activities (EBITDA) of EUR 11.7 million, an increase of 8% relative to the same period in 2021 and 16% higher than planned. Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to EUR 6.8 million, and was 32% higher than planned and up by 15% relative to the same period last year. The Group’s net profit in the amount of EUR 4.9 million was 25% higher than planned and up by 7% relative to the same period last year.

The Intereuropa Group recorded growth in key performance indicators during the first nine months of this year. In accordance with its strategic objectives, the Group will ensure the unhindered flow of goods in the future as a key link throughout the entire supply chain, and thus ensure the growth and development of the Intereuropa Group. The Group will provide complex logistics solutions, with an emphasis on supply chain services, both in Slovenia and the countries of Southeast Europe.
