Plan of the Intereuropa Group for 2019 adopted

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa d.d. hereby publishes the following announcement:

Koper, 21 December 2018. At yesterday’s session, the Supervisory Board of Intereuropa d.d. adopted the planning document of the Intereuropa Group for 2019, in which the Group is planning growth in sales revenue to EUR 168.5 million. The Intereuropa Group is planning EBITDA of EUR 13.2 million next year. Investments at the Group level in 2019 are planned in the amount of EUR 5.9 million. The Group is planning 1,380 employees at the end of 2019.

The Intereuropa Group will carry out sales activities again in 2019 with the aim of strengthening the market position of the leading provider of comprehensive logistics services in the Southeast Europe region. Growth is planned on all markets in 2019 and in all major product categories, particularly those with higher value added. The Group will dedicate special attention to employee education and training, and to the development of the key competences of its employees. It will continue to optimise business processes next year through the development of IT support and the exploitation of synergies between Group companies. Another important element of the plan for next year is the sale of real estate that is not used in the performance of the logistics activity, and thus the continued deleveraging of the Group.

This announcement will be published on SEOnet and on the website of Intereuropa at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
