Appointment of a new member of the Intereuropa d.d. management board

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the applicable legislation, INTEREUROPA d.d., hereby publishes the following announcement:

At its session of 12 April 2024, the supervisory board of Intereuropa d.d. appointed Tina Peček to the position of member of the Intereuropa d.d. management board, with responsibility for sales. Her four-year term of office will begin on 24 May 2024.

Tina Peček is an expert in international marketing design and integration that aims to formulate strategies that ensure that companies occupy a leading position in their respective markets. Her work focuses on the thorough redesign of business processes, particularly in the fields of marketing and sales, with an emphasis on knowledge transfer, active management and the motivating of employees to achieve the targets set.

This announcement will be published on SEOnet and on the Intereuropa website at www.intereuropa.net for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of initial publication.
