Resignation of Vice-President of Intereuropa, d. d. Management Board

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d., Koper hereby publishes the following announcement:

Koper, 3 January 2023 At today’s session, Intereuropa, d. d.’s Supervisory Board was briefed on and accepted the resignation of Mr Marko Rems from his position as Vice-President of Intereuropa, d. d.’s Management Board. Based on his resignation, the term of office of the Vice-President of the Management Board will end on 8 January 2023. The Company’s Supervisory Board has agreed with the shortened notice period. Mr Rems will continue his career within the Pošta Slovenije Group, and will begin a five-year term of office as member of Pošta Slovenije d. o. o.’s Executive Management on 9 January 2023.

Mr Rems’ areas of responsibility will be covered temporarily by the President of the Management Board, Mr Damijan Vajs, and member of the Management Board and Workers’ Director, Ms Blanka Česnik Wolf, until the appointment of a new member to the Management Board.

This public announcement will be published on SEOnet and on Intereuropa’s website at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
