Resignation of the President of Intereuropa, d. d. Management Board

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d., Koper hereby publishes the following announcement:

Koper, 9 February 2023 At today’s session, the Supervisory Board of Intereuropa, d. d. was briefed on and accepted the resignation of the President of Intereuropa, d. d.’s Management Board, Mr Damijan Vajs, who will continue to lead the company until the appointment of new Management Board members or until the end of the notice period, i.e. until 3 June 2023.

This public announcement will be published on SEOnet and on Intereuropa’s website at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
