Resignation of a member of Intereuropa, d. d.s Management Board - Workers Director

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d., Koper hereby publishes the following announcement:

On 4 September 2023, the members of Intereuropa, d. d.’s Supervisory Board received a letter of resignation from Blanka Česnik Wolf, a member of Intereuropa, d. d.’s Management Board - Workers’ Director. The Management Board member  - Workers’ Director is expected to perform her function for another four months and will continue her career outside the company. At its last meeting the Supervisory Board appointed a new President of the Management Board, Borut Flander, who will take office on 1 November 2023. Until 1 November, the Management Board will be led by the Vice-President of the Management Board, Aleš Klavžar, together with Blanka Česnik Wolf, a member of the Management Board and the Workers' Director.

This public announcement will be published on SEOnet and on Intereuropa’s website at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
