Notice of assumption of function of president of management board of Intereuropa d.d.

Under the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Intereuropa d.d., Koper hereby publishes the following announcement:

Koper, 2 November 2023 Intereuropa d.d. can hereby announce that the new president of its management board, Borut Flander, began a four-year term of office on 1 November. Mr Flander has spent the majority of his career focusing on the comprehensive strategic restructuring and business sales development of the firms that he has worked for.

Aleš Klavžar remains on the management board of Intereuropa d.d. as deputy-president and chief financial officer. An agreement has been reached with Blanka Česnik Wolf, the member of the management board appointed as workers’ director, who submitted her resignation on 4 September, that her term of office and her employment will end on 5 November of this year.

This announcement will be published on SEOnet and on the Intereuropa website at www.intereuropa.net for a minimum of five years from the date of initial publication.
