Appointment of a new President of the Management Board of Intereuropa, d. d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d., Koper hereby publishes the following announcement:

At its session held on 29 December 2021, Intereuropa, d. d.’s Supervisory Board appointed Damijan Vajs to serve as the new President of Intereuropa, d. d.’s Management Board. Mr Vajs’ four-year term of office begins on 1 January 2022. Mr Vajs has spent the majority of his career working in sales and logistics, and has 12 years of work experience in the field of logistics. He has worked in the Pošta Slovenije Group for eight years, six of those years as the Manager of the subsidiary PS Logistika, d. o. o. The current Vice President of Intereuropa’s Management Board, Mr Marko Rems, remains a member of that body.

Following today’s appointment, Mr Vajs stated: “As I assume the function of President of Intereuropa, d. d.’s Management Board, I would like to thank Mr Marko Cegnar for his previous work at the helm of Intereuropa. I assume the function of President of the Management Board with full responsibility and awareness of the importance of the services that the Intereuropa Group provides to its customers via a network of twelve subsidiaries in nine countries in Southeast Europe and the Ukraine. I will follow the previously drafted Strategic Development Plan of the Intereuropa Group until 2025, and will strive for the Group’s continued growth and development within the Pošta Slovenije Group".

This announcement will be published on SEOnet and on the website of Intereuropa at www.intereuropa.net for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
