ABOUT ME	My name is Karmen Lebe Grajf. I have 30 years of experience in the postal sector,
	particularly in the organisation of work and postal transaction technologies at
	Pošta Slovenije, d. o. o., process management and the regulation of the postal
	sector, and also in the area of social dialogue in recent years.

I hold a master's degree in economics.

I was first appointed in 1999 and then reappointed in April 2004 as a lecturer at the School Centre for Postal Services, Economics and Telecommunications Ljubljana, for the subjects of cash operations and logistics. I lectured part-time students at the aforementioned school until 2006.

PREVIOUS ACHIEVEMENTS

I consider my greatest career achievements to be the successful management and completion of the project to introduce the euro at Pošta Slovenije in 2006/2007, and the coordination of the first phase of the project to optimise the postal network in the period 2013–2016.

When I was hired by PTT podjetje Maribor in 1991, I became a member of the Pošta Maribor Cultural and Arts Society (CAS). The Pošta Maribor CAS is one of the oldest cultural societies in the region. It has been operating continuously since 1948 and currently has more than 180 members. I have held the position of president of the aforementioned society since 2006, and have served as the chair of the supervisory board of the Maribor Cultural Society Association since 2018.
