Session of the Supervisory Board of Intereuropa, d. d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d., Koper hereby publishes the following announcement:

At the Supervisory Board session of 23.12.2021, Intereuropa, d. d.’s Supervisory Board approved the conclusion of an agreement with the President of the Management Board, Mr Marko Cegnar, on the termination of his employment contract for the aforementioned function. Based on that agreement, the function of the President of the Management Board will be terminated effective 31 December 2021. The Supervisory Board will appoint a new President of the Management Board in the coming days.
