Appointment of Supervisory Board President and members of Supervisory Board committees of Intereuropa d.d.

In accordance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules (Ljubljanska borza d.d., Ljubljana) and the applicable legislation in force, the Company INTEREUROPA d.d., Koper is issuing this release:

Koper, 25 October 2017. Intereuropa d.d. is informing the interested public that Vojko Čok was unanimously appointed president of the Supervisory Board of Intereuropa d.d. on 25 October 2017. 

With effect of 25.10.2017, the Supervisory Board appointed Matija Vojsk as Chairman of Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board, and Rok Rape as his deputy. The Audit Committee includes Nevija Pečar as member and Barbara Nose as an independent expert.

The Supervisory Board further appointed Jure Fišer to preside the SB Committee for Appointments and Receipts, in which Vojko Čok  and Ljubo Kobale are members. 

All appointments were adopted unanimously.
