In accordance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules (Ljubljanska borza d.d., Ljubljana) and the applicable legislation in force, the Company INTEREUROPA d.d., Koper is publishing the following Public Announcement:

Regarding the 30th ordinary General Meeting of Intereuropa d.d., to be held on 30.6.2017 at 13.00 hours at the Company's registered office Vojkovo nabrežje 32, 6000 Koper, the Company received on 27.6.2017 from Nova KBM d.d., Ulica Vita Kraigherja 4, 2000 Maribor, the counter-proposition to Agenda Item 4.

The Public Announcement will be published at the SEO-net and on the web site of INTEREUROPA d.d., at www.intereuropa.si for no less than 5 (five) years.
