30 th Annual General Meeting of INTEREUROPA d.d.

In accordance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules (Ljubljanska borza d.d., Ljubljana) and the applicable legislation in force, the Company INTEREUROPA d.d., Koper is issuing this release:

Koper, 30 June 2017. In the 30th General Meeting held today, the shareholders of Intereuropa d.d. were informed on the Intereuropa Group Annual Report for the financial year 2016, inclusive of the Auditor’s Opinion and of the Supervisory Board Report on the examination and approval of the Annual Report 2016, duly presented pursuant to Article 282 of the Companies Act (ZGD-1) by the Supervisory Board to inform the General Meeting of having adopted the Annual Report 2016 without any remark or reservation. The shareholders approved the work of both the Managing Board and Supervisory Board in the financial year 2016, and granted the note of discharge to them. 

The General Meeting voted against the Counter-Proposition to Agenda Item 2.1, which was filed by the shareholder 'Društvo Mali delničarji Slovenije' (hereinafter MDS) proposing that a portion of profit be allocated for distribution to shareholders, and decided that the aggregate amount of accumulated profit 2016 EUR 3,495,540.28 shall remain undistributed. The shareholder 'Društvo Mali delničarji Slovenije' announcents to challenge the resolution adopted.

The General Meeting appointed the auditors for the financial year 2017: the audit firm KPMG, Slovenija, podjetje za revidiranje, d.o.o., Ljubljana.

New members of the Supervisory Board were elected for a four-year term of office: Mr. Matija Vojsk, who will take up his office on 30 June 2017. The General Meeting also elected two further members: Mr. Vojko Čok and Mr. Rok Rape, who will begin their four-year term of office on the Supervisory Board on 10 September 2017.
