According to the company's report, dated April 4, 2021, a capital consolidation will be made in the Company's shares, on April 8, 2021 to shareholders of record as of April 7, 2021. The capital consolidation will be made in a ratio of 4.44926:1.

In accordance with the third part of TASE rules and regulations, there will be no trading in the company's shares on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, which is the record date for the capital consolidation.
