INTERCOS AND DOLCE&GABBANA BEAUTY BEGIN NEGOTIATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT

Agrate Brianza, 8th February 2022 - Intercos S.p.A., listed on Euronext Milan (Icos.mi), in relation to an interview recently published by Corriere della Sera, confirms the beginning of negotiations for a commercial agreement with the maison Dolce&Gabbana.

The negotiations stem from Dolce&Gabbana's decision to abandon the licensing model in the beauty sector and to start a direct business model through Dolce&Gabbana Beauty.

Intercos has once again been recognized as one of the best specialised partners in the sector and the negotiations relate to the production of some fragrance and make-up lines starting from 2023.

Dolce&Gabbana is an iconic fashion brand known all over the world and the agreement would be a further confirmation of Intercos' leadership in the luxury beauty sector.
