Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") Shareholding

InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (the "Company") announces the grant and release of share awards and the sale of shares by various PDMRs. 

On 28 February 2022, the share awards set out below were granted under the Company's Annual Performance Plan to PDMRs.  On 1 March 2022, the awards were released and the number of shares indicated below were then transferred, following adjustments for tax and social security withholdings, to the PDMRs:
