On July16, 2019, Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.

On July16, 2019, the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company’s common stock. The Company’s Board of Directors has declared that the dividend will be paid on September 13, 2019 to shareholders of record as of August 30, 2019.
