Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On June 29, 2020, Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Intellinetics, Inc. (the “Company”), approved the resumption of ordinary base salary payments for the executive officers of the Company, including James F. DeSocio, President and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph D. Spain, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, and Matthew L. Chretien, Chief Strategy Officer. Base salary payments for the foregoing officers had been temporarily reduced by 20% as of April 1, 2020.
