Following this transaction, David Richards has a direct interest in 7,142 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company and an indirect interest in 3,446,383 Ordinary Shares held by Yorkshire AI Labs (Alpha) Limited, representing 18.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.
