Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) - Regulations, 2015 Allotment of 60,489 Equity Shares under Associate (Employees) Stock Option Plan.

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of Board of Directors of the Company has vide Circular Resolution dated April 21, 2025 approved the allotment of 60,489 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each on April 22, 2025 at 10:35 A.M. (IST) to the option grantees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Schemes detailed hereunder:

• 6,217 Equity Shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2015 (ISOP 2015) Scheme.

• 1,250 Equity Shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2016 (ISOP 2016) Scheme.

• 53,022 Equity Shares under the Intellect Incentive Plan Scheme 2018 (IIPS 2018) Scheme.

The Company is in the process of applying for listing and trading of the above shares on NSE and BSE. The Paid-Up Share Capital of the Company accordingly increases from Rs. 69,42,58,845/- divided into equity shares of 13,88,51,769 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 69,45,61,290/- divided into equity shares of 13,89,12,258 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each. The new equity shares issued shall rank pari- passu with the existing equity shares.
