In accordance with Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of Intellect Design Arena Limited will meet on Thursday, the 27[th ] January 2022 to take on record the financial results of the company for the third quarter of Financial Year 2021-22.

Intellect will host the Investors Conference Call on the same day i.e., Thursday the 27[th ] of January, 2022 at 5.00 pm IST, where the Senior Management of the company will comment on the company’s performance during the third quarter of FY 2021- 2022 and respond to questions from participants.
