InteliCare Holdings Ltd (“InteliCare” or the “Company”) (ASX: ICR), an Australian technology company that has commercialised a subscription-based Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) product for use in the aged care and health industries, is pleased to announce a contract win and initiation of services with St John of God Healthcare, a leading provider of high-quality health care services in Australia.

InteliCare won a competitive contract to supply its assistive living technology to help National Disability Insurance Scheme clients at St John of God Accord, part of St John of God Health Care, live independently in supported accommodation.

Utilising in-home sensor technology and artificial intelligence, InteliCare offers a new solution for those living with a disability to live safely and independently. The contract will see InteliLiving® technology deployed in up to 10 newly built supported homes across five sites in Victoria operated by St John of God Accord. The technology includes the InteliLiving® mobile app for carers to enable personalised services and preserve St John of God Accord’s clients’ privacy, reduce intrusion and increase independence while keeping them safe.

The proposed 10 new homes will complement the existing 35 homes and two respite homes that St John of God Accord currently operates. The rollout of this program will allow St John of God Accord to evaluate the latest advancements in this leading-edge technology for use across future sites.

InteliCare’s technology will allow St John of God Accord to customise the configuration for each client depending on their needs. It will include a range of fully integrated sensors including motions sensors, panic buttons, shower sensors, health metrics and non-wearable fall detection. Data is processed using AI and presented on a consolidated dashboard to give carers a complete picture of risk and care needs.

Importantly, the dashboard can be configured to allow for multiple clients in each supported house. This customisation highlights the flexibility in which InteliCare works to ensure clients receive care tailored specifically to them.

This initial contract will demonstrate InteliLiving’s capabilities to bring better customised care with increased productivity to the healthcare service vertical of intellectual disability support, with future possibilities of rollout to additional sites and other providers in a fast-growing sector.

The material terms of the contract are as follows:

• The contract is between Intelicare Holdings Ltd and St John of God Health Care Inc.

• The contract is for a continuous term and may be terminated by St John of God Health Care upon 20 days written notice or upon material breach.

• The contract value is estimated at over $80,000 in the first year, with further nonbinding potential for ongoing recurring fees and additional hardware.

• Although the value of the contract is not particularly material, the execution of the contract is considered material to InteliCare as it represents entry into a new healthcare vertical with a leading provider in the sector.
