InteliCare Holdings Ltd (“InteliCare” or the “Company”) (ASX: ICR), an Australian Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology company in the aged care and health industries has developed an award-winning AI-based home monitoring solution that can enhance home care assistance to support older people to continue living independently at home. The Company is pleased to announce a contract win and initiation of services with Mercy Community Services Ltd (“MercyCare”), a leading Western Australia provider of community services including aged care and disability support services.

Issued Shares

InteliCare has been awarded a contract to supply MercyCare with assistive living technology. MercyCare helps over 2,400 seniors live independently in their own homes.

Utilising in-home sensor technology and artificial intelligence, InteliCare’s smart technology will provide MercyCare with instant access to their clients’ 24/7 health and wellbeing data. Clients and their families will also be able to access the data to support them to make decisions about the care required.

MercyCare will purchase InteliCare’s smart home technology, with up to 125 units available for MercyCare clients to purchase through their aged care funding or privately. There is future potential growth for InteliCare technology to be installed across more client homes in the future.

Office

MercyCare selected InteliCare based on our richness of insights into patterns of behaviour, which is a critical element in being able to provide personalised and proactive care. Secondly, was the product’s ability to scale up customised sensor configurations for each client. This assists MercyCare’s staff to meet their client’s changing needs based on real-world evidence, helping them stay healthy at home for longer.

The technology includes the InteliCare Pro Dashboard for carers to enable personalised services, reduced intrusion and maintain independence while monitoring their physical and mental health for early signs of deterioration.
