Entitlement Offer Extension of Closing Date
On 15 November 2021, InteliCare Holdings Limited ( Company ) (ASX: ICR) announced the details of an underwritten entitlement offer to raise up to $2.99 million on the basis that eligible shareholders of the Company will be invited to participate in a non-renounceable, pro rata offer on the basis of 1 fully paid ordinary share ( New Share ) for every 2.25 Shares held as at 5.00pm (Perth time) on Friday, 19 November 2021 ( Record Date ) at an issue price of $0.08 per new share ( Entitlement Offer ).

Intelicare advises that the Closing Date of the Offer to eligible shareholders of the Company has been extended by 7 days to 5.00pm Perth Time on Wednesday 15 December 2021. The Closing Date has been extended to ensure all eligible shareholders have an opportunity to participate in the Offer, having regard to ongoing Covid19 mail constraints and the impact this may have on eligible shareholders accessing physical documentation.
