Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

InteliCare Holdings Ltd (“InteliCare” or the “Company”) (ASX: ICR), an Australian technology company that has commercialised a predictive analytics hardware and software system for use in the aged care and health industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Henry Thong as Chief Financial Officer.

Henry Thong FCPA MBA GAICD joins Intelicare with over 20 years’ experience in finance management and governance. He has successfully run his own consulting practice Keystone Advisors for several years and provided his clientele with executive support in the area of financial management, governance and strategy across a variety of industries including start-ups in technology. Henry has held Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretarial roles with ASX listed companies previously.

The Board thanks Mr Gary Elwell for his interim CFO services.
