Profit Guidance – Financial Year ending 30 June 2015

Sydney, July 9, 2015 – Integrated Research (“IR”) is in the early stages of preparing its financial statements for the year ending 30 June 2015. IR is pleased to announce that, based on internal management accounts and subject to audit, the Company anticipates its profit after tax for the year to be in the range of $13.5 million to $14.5 million compared to $8.5 million for the prior year.

Overall sales across all product lines were very strong. The preliminary results were partially influenced by the falling Australian Dollar, however the benefit of the currency devaluation was to some extent offset by forward exchange rate contracts.

This statement is made for market guidance. IR does not expect to make any further comment until the accounts have been finalised and approved for release to the ASX (anticipated announcement date: 20 August 2015).
