Mr Stephen John Killelea has advised Integrated Research Limited he has sold a further 15 million shares in the company. As with prior transactions completed during October 2015 and September 2017, this is an orderly sell-down of Mr. Killelea’s holding. In line with previous comments, part of the funds will be used in Mr. Killelea’s philanthropic activities going forward.”
