Integrated Research signs OEM agreement with EMC Corporation to bundle PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager technology
Sydney, August 21, 2007 – Integrated Research (ASX:IRI) today announced a five-year technology bundling agreement to provide PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager technology for integration with EMC resource management software.
Through this integration, Integrated Research’s PROGNOSIS software will enable EMC to extend its Voice over IP (VoIP) management solutions, and offer its clients a new depth of telephony-specific metrics that are crucial to monitoring and measuring call quality and service delivery performance.
PROGNOSIS technology will provide EMC with:
