ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Sydney, March 22, 2021 – Integrated Research (“IR”) today announced that Mr. Paul Brandling has resigned from the position as Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 20 March 2021.

Mr. Brandling advised the Board of his decision to retire to provide himself time and flexibility to focus on some family health matters.

Mr. Brandling has been a Director of Integrated Research Limited since August 2015 and Chairman of the Board from November 2018. Mr. Brandling has served on the Audit & Risk Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Strategy Committee.

Mr. Brandling has made a major contribution in guiding the company through a period of change and realignment. Mr. Brandling’s efforts are greatly appreciated by past and present Directors, Management and staff alike. The Board extend their best wishes to him and family for the future.

Integrated Research is well prepared for an orderly transition and has appointed Mr. Peter Lloyd as Chairman. Mr. Lloyd is a long-standing Director of Integrated Research, with significant experience in the technology sector as well as extensive experience in the payments industry.

Mr. Lloyd is a highly experienced Non-Executive Director of both ASX listed and private companies. He has been deeply involved in the strategy of the company and is currently Chair of the Strategy Committee.

Mr. Lloyd commented “I am honoured and committed to working with the Board and Management to continue the success of Integrated Research. I would like to acknowledge and thank Paul for his leadership and wish him and family all the best going forward.”
