Integrated Research Announces Changes to Executive Leadership Structure
Sydney, 30 June 2021 – Integrated Research (ASX: IRI) today announced the departure of Matt Glasner, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) following a reorganisation of the Company’s executive leadership structure. The change is effective from 30 June 2021.
The three Regional Senior Vice Presidents (SVP) and the SVP for Technical Services will now report directly to John Ruthven, Chief Executive Officer.
John Ruthven, said: ‘We are a company in transformation, as we bring new products to market to meet the demands of our customers as they transition to cloud. This change has been accelerated by the global pandemic. At the same time, we are evolving our business model away from upfront revenue recognition. During this critical period, it is important that we have a more streamlined management structure enabling us to be closer to our customers and field organisation.’
On behalf of the Company, I want to thank Matt for his contribution to IR over the last three years. He came in at a time when his global experience was key to helping IR globalise core field processes. The Company wishes Matt well in his future endeavours.’
