Integrated Research ( ASX: IRI ) today announced that Mr. Garry Dinnie will resign from the Board with effect from 31 October 2021.
Mr. Dinnie has been a Director of Integrated Research Limited since February 2013. During his tenure, Mr. Dinnie has served on the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee and has been Chair of both Committees. Directors have accepted Mr. Dinnie’s resignation with regret.
Mr. Dinnies’ contribution to Integrated Research has been significant and greatly appreciated by Directors past and present, Management and staff alike. The Board extend their best wishes to him for the future
