ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Sydney, December 6, 2016 – Integrated Research (“IR”) today announced that Mr. Alan Baxter will retire from the Board as a Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 6[th] December 2016.

Mr. Baxter has been a Director of Integrated Research Limited since June 2009 and has served for seven & a half years as a Director. During his time as a Director, Mr. Baxter has served as Chair of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and been a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Audit & Risk Committee and Strategy Committee.

Mr Baxter’s contribution to Integrated Research has been substantial, which is greatly appreciated by Directors past and present. During his time as a Director, Mr Baxter has served as Directors have accepted Mr. Baxter’s retirement and extend their best wishes to him for the future.
