ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Sydney, September 18, 2014 – Integrated Research (ASX:IRI) today announced that Mr. Nick Abrahams has been appointed to the Board with effect from 18[th] September 2014.

Mr. Abrahams is highly experienced in corporate, intellectual property and international law pertaining to the technology industry, with over 20 years’ experience as a private practice lawyer. He has worked extensively internationally representing Australian high-tech companies as well as working for three years with a law firm in Japan. Mr Abrahams also spent time working in the United States in the late nineties and was an executive with Warner Brothers in Los Angeles, followed by a period as a senior executive at listed technology company, Spike Networks, also in Los Angeles. Mr Abrahams returned to legal practice in 2002 and is a partner of and leads the Asian technology practice of a global law firm.
