ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Sydney, February 21, 2013 – Integrated Research (ASX: IRI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Garry Dinnie as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from February 21, 2013.

Mr. Dinnie is a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of CareFlight Limited, Inabox Group Limited and a Director of a number of private companies. He is also the Chair or member of a number of Audit & Risk Committees of NSW public sector and private sector entities. Mr Dinnie was previously a partner with Ernst & Young for 25 years specializing in audit, advisory and IT services.

The company is delighted to welcome Garry to the Board and looks forward to benefiting from his experience and valuable input to Integrated Research’s future prosperity.
