Change to Company Secretary
Sydney, July 31, 2012 - Integrated Research (“IR”) hereby announces that Mr. David Leighton has retired from his position as Company Secretary with effect from the close of business today. Mr Leighton was appointed Company Secretary in October 2000.
The company’s CEO Mr. Mark Brayan thanked Mr Leighton for his significant contribution to the company during his many years of service.
Integrated Research Limited announces the appointment of Mr. David Purdue as Company Secretary with immediate effect. Mr Purdue also holds the position of Global Commercial Manager for Integrated Research.
