ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Sydney, December 17, 2012 – Integrated Research (ASX: IRI) today announced that Mr. John Brown has advised he will retire from the Board with effect from 17[th] December 2012.
Mr. Brown has been a Director of Integrated Research Limited since July 2007 and was appointed Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee.
Mr. Brown’s contribution to Integrated Research, including his active participation in Board Committees has been greatly appreciated. Directors have accepted his retirement with regret and extend their best wishes to him for the future.
