Integrated Research Announces Retirement of Alex Kennedy
Integrated Research announces that Mr Alex Kennedy has retired from his position as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 13 September 2007.
Alex has been a Director of the Company since May 2003 and has retired to pursue his other interests. The Chairman and Board thank Alex for his contributions to Integrated Research’s business and the valued insight he has provided over the past four years, and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
