Integrated Research Announces Resignation of Stephen Rorie

Integrated Research announces that Mr Stephen Rorie has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the company.

In accordance with his employment contract, Mr Rorie has given three months notice and is expected to leave the company late in December. The company is currently recruiting for his replacement.
