Integrated Research Appoints Clyde McConaghy to the Company’s Board
Sydney, December 14, 2007 - Integrated Research Limited (ASX:IRI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Clyde McConaghy as a Non-executive Director of the company with effect from 13[th] December 2007.
Mr McConaghy has two decades of international strategic market development experience in the technology, media and online industries. He has held several directorships, including World Markets Research Centre plc, a company he helped float on the London Stock Exchange in 2000, The Economist Intelligence Unit (GmbH) in London and Beonic, an Australian retail technology company. He has held roles including Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager whilst living and working in Germany, China and the United Kingdom, as well as Australia.
Mr McConaghy holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of South Australia (SAIT) and a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield University, UK. He is a full member of the Institute of Directors (UK).
Mr McConaghy is Managing Director of Smarter Capital Pty Limited, another company associated with Mr Steve Killelea, Chairman of Integrated Research.
The company is delighted to welcome Clyde to the Board and looks forward to benefiting from his experience and valuable input to Integrated Research’s future prosperity.
