Respected Sir / Madam,
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby report the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, i.e. Tuesday, 25[th] February, 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the following:
- Considered and approved the appointment of the M/s B.B. Gusani and Associates, Practicing Chartered Accountants (FRN:140785W ) as Statutory Auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of previous Statutory Auditor i.e. DGMS and Co. subject to the approval of the shareholders till the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting .
The requisite details in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, are provided in Annexure-A.
