Sub: Intimation for Appointment of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel – KMP) of the Company as per Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. May 15, 2025, basis the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Mungra as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, with effect from May 15, 2025 who shall be the Key Managerial Personnel as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.

Further, with effect from May 15, 2025 Mr. Manish Mungra would act as one of the Key Managerial Personnel authorised for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the stock exchange(s) under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations. The other Key Managerial Personnel authorised for the purpose of determining materiality and making disclosures under the Listing Regulations would remain unchanged.

The details as required under Schedule Ill - Para A (7) of Part A of Regulation 30 of The SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, is enclosed in Annexure A.
