With reference to above subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Director at its meeting held on today i.e., Wednesday, 27[th] November 2024, inter alia considered and approved the following:

1. Approved the appointment of Ms. Jyoti Kataria (Non – Executive Additional Director, the appointment of which shall be regularized as Non- Executive Independent Director in the ensuing AGM/postal ballot) as the member of the committees. The Board reconstituted the Audit, NRC and Stakeholders Relationship Committees of the Board with immediate effect, details of same annexed as Annexure A.
