Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosyre Requirements), Regulations. 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Tuesday, 10[th] December, 2024, and on the recommendation of the Audit Committee appointed M/s B.B. Gusani and Associates, Practicing Chartered Accountants (FRN : 140785W ) as Statutory Auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of previous Statutory Auditor i.e. DGMS and Co.

Details with respect to resignation/change in Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September09. 2015 and CIR/CFD/CMD/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019 are annexed herewith.
