1. Considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended 30[th] September, 2023 together with the Limited Review Report by the Auditors.

2. Appointed CS Ankita Shah and in her absence CS Vidhya Ravi, Practicing Company Secretaries, Vast and Co, Company Secretaries LLP as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the CY.

3. Noted the repayment of loan from Wealthmine Network Pvt Limited and approved the agenda of advancement of loan to Siddheshwar Advisory Private Limited.
