The Company announces that Michael Howard, an executive director/PDMR has disposed of 3,538,247 ordinary shares of £0.01 on 6 September 2021. The sale was instructed, primarily, to enable Michael Howard to further fund a charitable foundation and, residually, for diversification purposes. Michael Howard continues to be a director of the Company and his working relationship with the group is unchanged.
