Notification and public disclosure of a transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company announces that Michael Howard, an executive director/PDMR has disposed of 8,500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 on 29 January 2020. This announcement replaces the PDMR notification announced by the Company at 7am on 28 January 2020 as that transaction was terminated as announced earlier today at 10.12am. The sale was instructed, primarily, to enable Michael Howard to complete the funding for a charitable foundation and, residually, for diversification purposes. Michael Howard continues to be a director of the Company and his working relationship with the group is unchanged.
